Jim Byrd Fitness and Lifestyle Training will come to you: saving you time, inconvenience and costly gym or spa fees. We can use your home, office, garden or a park. However, should you wish to work out in a gym we also have a number of established relationships across the capital where we can meet and train you in a formal gym environment.

Personal Training:
At an initial consultation we will chat about your lifestyle, nutrition, health and goals. The trainer will then guide and motivate you through your unique programme which will achieve measurable results. Your exercise prescription will be unique to your goals and time available. Jim Byrd Personal Trainers are able to help with any obstacle or barrier you may have as to why your goals have not been achieved previously.
Jim Byrd Personal Trainers are able to provide this service on a one on one basis. However we can also accommodate up to 4 people per 1 hour session.
Weight & Lifestyle Management:
Our vast knowledge of nutrition enables Jim Byrd trainers to feed and fuel your body ensuring you have a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food. Our weight and lifestyle management solutions take into account your work and lifestyle commitments and are designed to achieve your optimum body composition for you.
Functional & Sports Specific Training:
Feel like you don’t move freely or constantly injured? Then you may need a postural & kinetic analysis. Our consultants will assess you, and then take you through a programme of specific exercises to rectify this problem area.
If you are a keen sportsperson you may need training specifically to improve your performance this can be programmed into your current workout regime or we can design a bespoke training schedule so you are fit for your game play. Jim Byrd Trainers are able to help in any team or individual sport making you move with more Speed, Agility, Quickness and Accuracy. We are able to provide this service on a one on one basis, small groups or a full team.
Fitness Classes, Yoga & Pilates:
We are able to provide a range of fitness classes for you in the home, garden, office or park. Should you and a small group of friends want the benefits, choice and convenience of working out at home or at work then we are able to come and bring your choice of class to you. Should you have a sports team and would like to compliment your club training with yoga or pilates we are able to provide fitness based classes in these disciplines free of dogma and chanting. All our class instructors are fully qualified in any discipline you would like.
Family Fitness:
We are able to meet you at your home should you have the space or arrange to see you at a park near your home. We are able to work with each member of your family to ensure the workouts are fun, motivational, inspiring and effective.
Sports Therapy & Massage:
Jim Byrd Therapists are able to provide you with full physiotherapy, chiropractic & sports injury treatment. We also compliment these services with sports massage to accelerate recovery and Swedish Massage to aid relaxation and recovery.
Beauty Therapy:
Due to our network of contacts we are able to provide you with details of Jim Byrd Training & lifestyle recommended beauty therapists. These consultants are also able to provide their services to you in your home and office. All the therapists have a high level of expertise and their experience comes from some of the very best spas and beauty rooms across London.
